Auto-Delivery Company complies with the laws, including traffic regulations and Federal Law No. 40-FZ of 25.04.2002 "On Compulsory insurance of civil liability of vehicle owners".
In order for the driver to be able to deliver your car, when you've got a limited OSAGO insurance, we have prepared three possible solutions:
1. OSAGO insurance without limits;
2. Transit OSAGO for 20 days;
3. Adding a driver into your limited OSAGO.

No. Car delivery is always done by the driver without tow truck.
Auto-Delivery doesn't provide tow truck services and doesn't suggest any third parties.
To absolutely any car services, tire shops and car washes that are located in Moscow and Moscow Region. The place of services is at your choice only, while our duty is just to professionally delivery your car there. The driver brings your car to official dealer centre, car service or even to your mechanic friend's garage.
No. Auto-Delivery doesn't take a decision of where to service your car, doesn't suggest or advert any third parties. That's why we are not responsible of works of any car services. Auto-Delivery is responsible for car delivery services and your car safety.
No. Auto-Delivery is not responsible for works of third parties. While your car is being serviced the driver is in touch with you. He may give a cell phone to master of service, take photos of car, and provide and information about estimated time of works completion.
Yes, as an extra service. You choose car parts store, the driver brings needed parts from there.
Yes, as an extra service. You have to choose the car parts store only. Before purchasing the driver takes pictures of car parts. If price and quality are meet your criteria, the driver gets everything to car service. You pay directly to the car parts shop.
